CULLMAN, Ala. – A Cullman man was arrested for failure to appear based on five charges stemming from 2019.
Brandon Knight, 38, of Cullman was arrested Oct. 21.
The charges are all FTAs which include: Two counts of assault/torture willful abuse of a child, two counts of assault / child abuse simple and making a terrorist threat.
According to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office, it was a domestic issue, with child custody and DHR involved. The terrorist threat was made against DHR.
